Harry Pargan's Obituary
It is with profound sadness, we announce the passing of Harry "Troy" Pargan of Queens, NY, on Thursday, June 27th, 2024. Born on May 11th, 1948, in Basta Hall village, Couva, Trinidad WI, Harry was the son of the late Pargan Seegolam and Dhanpathia Pargan.
Harry was the beloved husband of Christine Pargan, the love of his life, for 52 years. Together, they raised their three children with integrity, a strong commitment to faith, and family values. He is survived by his loving wife Christine, daughter Joanne Pargan Singh (Romain) of Long Island, NY, daughter Cindy Pargan Badger (Dan) of Carver, MA, and son Ian Pargan of Queens, NY. Harry found his greatest joy in his grandchildren: Priyanka, Karima, Dylan, Ajay, Jesse, and Jordan—who meant the world to him.
Known for his infectious smile and humor, Harry brought warmth and kindness wherever he went, always eager to lend a helping hand. His boundless generosity and empathetic nature were beacons of light for all who knew him.
Harry will forever be remembered for his love, patience, understanding, wisdom, and incredible sense of humor, which will continue to inspire us.
