Cleveland Rampat
My name is Cleveland Rampat. I attended Kitty Progressive College in Barr Street Kitty and later when it moved to D'urban Street. I was taught English language and English Literature by Mr Persaud. My other brothers Alan Rampat, Roland Rampat and Steve Rampat...four of us all attended KPC.
I will always have memories of "KP" as an inspirational person,teacher and Principal. He lived his passion for teaching and communicated this passion.
Today, I am resident in Zaragoza, Spain. I would have never dreamt one day, when I was young at KPC that I would end up in Spain.
I have a small business here teaching English language to Spanish people and companies. I will always cherish the memories of "KP", his passion and his infuence on my life. I remember when he came to work on a small motorcycle. I even remember being "caned" by him.
